Since 1994, Hot Tomatoes has been making the best and most creative pizza in the Berkshires. We start with the dough, which is stretched large and thin, like the best New York City pizza. Then we add our chunky tomato sauce and whole milk mozzarella cheese. There are traditional options such as pepperoni, black olives or mushrooms. Our pizzas also include popular and unusual selections such as eggplant with goat cheese, spinach and feta, or fresh tomato and basil.
And when you come to Hot Tomatoes you are likely to find the owners, John and Angie England there to greet you. This is a family business so don’t be surprised if you see one of their three sons helping out.
Hot Tomatoes does more than just make great pizza. They have the best garden and Caesar salads in the area. In the summertime in Williamstown, go out back and sit by the roaring Green River. Pizza never tasted so good!
