A lifelong Northern Berkshire resident, the past forty-four of those years in Williamstown, Kim is excited to merge her long standing real estate career with a group of such current and innovative realtors. Kim graduated from Mount Greylock Regional High School in 1975, traveled and attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Kim has been pairing buyers and sellers together since the 1980′s when she first began her real estate sales career withPatten Corporation, a local land sales company.

Kim has had experience with other real estate companies in Williamstown and has built a great foundation of knowledge and resources. Kim’s accomplishments and resources cover a wide spectrum of services….as the agent for the largest sale in Northern Berkshire County of the Waubeeka Golf Links to James Goff for 4.5 million dollars to matching clientele with academic and weekly summer rental properties…her knowledge is varied and constantly expanding!
When Kim isn’t at Burnham Gold real estate you can find her involved in community affairs, church gatherings or simply helping those in need. Helping individuals acquire their first, second, or vacation property is very rewarding and is what she does best!
